The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers and the company. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, processing orders, and supporting overall sales operations. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and sales activities Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics, finance, and inventory teams Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-ups Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-ups Coordinate sales meetings, schedules, and communication Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events when needed Ensure timely delivery of products/services by coordinating with internal teams Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, pricing, or customer concerns Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team Assist in preparing sales forecasts and analyzing sales trends
