Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The CRM will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities for account growth or improved service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to customer needs and objectives. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty through feedback, surveys, and touchpoints. Implement strategies to improve retention and reduce churn. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Generate regular reports on customer activity, satisfaction, and growth opportunities. Communicate client feedback and suggest improvements to management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
