Job Description

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining smooth coordination between the sales team and clients. The role focuses on tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and supporting sales activities to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Key Roles & Responsibilities Client Follow-ups Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, or messages. Track client inquiries, feedback, and requirements in the CRM system. Ensure timely responses to client queries and escalate issues when required. Sales Team Coordination Act as a bridge between the sales team and clients to ensure clear communication. Share client updates, follow-up status, and feedback with the sales team. Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, demos, and calls with clients. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to closure and post-sales support. Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and follow-up abilities. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.
