Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, the sales team, and management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We are seeking someone who is dedicated, proactive, and looking for a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Follow up with customers on pending quotations and payments.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and monitoring performance.
• Communicate with internal departments (production, accounts, dispatch, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• A motivated, reliable, and result-oriented professional willing to grow with the company for the long run.
