ey Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Management
Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business in BOPP/BOPET/CPP films.
Handle daily customer communication, inquiries, pricing requests, and follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders.
Understand customer requirements regarding film types, thickness, applications, and quality specifications.
2. Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with production planning, quality, dispatch/logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order execution.
Follow up on production status and update customers on delivery timelines.
Ensure timely release of POs, artwork approvals (if applicable), and dispatch documentation.
3. Order Processing & Documentation
Enter and track sales orders in ERP/CRM systems.
Maintain updated records of customer orders, production schedules, and shipment status.
Ensure correct documentation: invoices, packing lists, COA, delivery challans, etc.
4. Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, raw material fluctuations, and demand patterns.
Provide feedback to management to support pricing strategy and business planning.
5. Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
