Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Pre-Owned Cars division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through the vehicle buying process, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting pre-owned vehicles based on their needs and preferences. Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and explain features and benefits. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Guide customers through the financing and documentation process. Conduct follow-ups with prospects and existing customers via calls, emails, or messages. Ensure vehicles are presented in excellent condition (clean, fueled, with proper documentation). Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Prior experience in automotive sales, especially pre-owned vehicles, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused with excellent negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of financing and insurance (F&I) processes. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
