Sales Consultant

You are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join the Mahindra dealership team in Kodarma/Barhi, Jharkhand. With a minimum of 1 year experience in automobile sales, you should have a strong passion for vehicles and engaging with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Mahindra Bolero to walk-in and prospective customers - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable variants and financing options - Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships - Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features - Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales (Mahindra experience preferred) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude - Valid driving license and own bike is a must Additionally, you will be compensated with a salary as per industry standards along with attractive incentives. This is a full-time position based in Kodarma, Jharkhand, with a willingness to travel up to 50% preferred. The work location is in-person.,
