Commission-Only SaaS Sales – AI for Recruiters (US Market)

Target Customers

You will sell to:

  • Staffing & recruitment agencies (all sizes)
  • Direct employers with in-house recruiters
  • Talent acquisition and HR teams in the US

Who We’re Looking For

experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals

  • Have prior experience selling

    SaaS platforms in the US

  • Are comfortable selling to staffing, recruiting, HR, or TA leaders
  • Can operate independently without hand-holding
  • Are motivated by

    long-term recurring commission income

  • Want flexibility to sell

    full-time or part-time

alongside an existing job

Compensation (Commission-Only)

  • No base salary

  • Very lucrative 3-year recurring commission plan

  • You earn commissions on every customer you bring in

    for up to three years

  • Earning potential per customer:

  • $10,000 to $50,000+ per customer, per year

    , depending on deal size, usage, and account expansion
  • Build a compounding book of business where income grows every year

  • Run demos (sales support provided)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Grow long-term recurring commission income

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not salaried
  • Not entry-level
  • Not for people uncomfortable with performance-based compensation
  • Not for those who need heavy structure or micromanagement

Ideal Background

  • SaaS sales (HR tech, recruiting tech, or adjacent B2B platforms preferred)
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales or enterprise buying cycles
  • Existing relationships in staffing or recruiting is a big plus
