About the Role:

Odoo Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
  
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  
• Conduct sales presentations, demos, and client meetings to showcase Odoo capabilities.
  
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
  
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
  
• Stay updated on Odoo features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  
• Represent the company at events and conferences to expand market presence.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in B2B sales and consultative selling.
  
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to analyze client pain points and propose effective ERP solutions.
  
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, trading, or service industries is a plus.
  
• Self-motivated, with strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
