Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer

Roles & responsibilities:

Technical

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Define and enforce best practices in software development, architecture, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA) to define project requirements and technical solutions.

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Work with modern front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Optimize databases (SQL & NoSQL) for scalability and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

DevOps & Deployment

• Manage cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure application security.

Agile & Project Management

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage sprints efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate project timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+

  years

  of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Expertise in front-end technologies:

  React.js,

  Angular,

  or

  Vue.js

  .
• Strong back-end development experience in

  Node.js,

  .NET,

  Java,

  or

  Python

  .
• Solid understanding of

  RESTful

  APIs,

  Microservices,

  GraphQL

  .
• Experience with

  SQL

  (PostgreSQL,

  MySQL)

  and

  NoSQL

  (MongoDB, Firebase)

databases.

• Hands-on experience in

  Cloud

  Platforms

  (AWS,

  Azure,

  or

  GCP)

  .
• Proficiency in

  Docker,

  Kubernetes,

  and

  CI/CD

  pipelines

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  security

  best

  practices

  and

  performance

  optimization

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
