Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to lead our

engineering team in designing, developing, and scaling cutting-edge applications. The ideal

candidate will have deep expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, along with

proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full stack applications.
• Drive technical strategy, code quality, and best practices across the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business

requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-traffic applications.
• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of

systems.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 812 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a

leadership/mentoring role.

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3,

JavaScript/TypeScript).

• Hands-on expertise in back-end development using Node.js / Java / .NET (any core

backend stack).

• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker,

Kubernetes).

• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience in fintech or high-scale consumer-facing platforms.
• Exposure to data engineering or ML-based applications.
• Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
