Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Advisor located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for providing advisory services to clients, guiding them through real property transactions, and offering data-backed insights. Daily tasks include negotiating property deals, conducting property evaluations, and providing training to clients on our AI-driven platform. The role requires strong sales acumen, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Qualifications Real Estate and Real Property knowledge Sales and Negotiation skills Experience in Training clients or team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
