Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Advisor located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for providing advisory services to clients, guiding them through real property transactions, and offering data-backed insights. Daily tasks include negotiating property deals, conducting property evaluations, and providing training to clients on our AI-driven platform. The role requires strong sales acumen, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training clients or team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
