Job Description: You will be engaged in a full-time on-site position as a Real Estate Advisor based in Noida. Your primary responsibility will include assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing property valuations, conducting market research, and offering customized real estate advice. Your role will entail negotiating contracts, managing property documentation, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Furthermore, you may also be involved in training new employees in real estate practices and company protocols. To excel in this role, you are required to possess knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, along with strong sales and negotiation skills. Experience in training is preferred. Your success in this position will be greatly supported by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field would be advantageous.,
