About the Role

For years, I've kept my table small. But now I'm opening three chairs at HowtoDxb Real Estate.

We're looking for three people who want to build something real in Dubai real estate.

Here's what's different: We're not looking for "experienced" people. We're looking for motivated people.

Because we're going to train you from scratch. My way. The right way.

This isn't about selling random properties—it's about building trust, understanding client goals, and recommending investment-grade opportunities that actually deliver returns.

You'll work directly with first-time Indian investors—entrepreneurs and professionals looking to invest smartly in Dubai real estate.

What You'll Do

✅ Client Outreach & Lead Generation

Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, warm leads, and referrals

Build relationships with first-time Indian investors exploring Dubai real estate

✅ Requirement Analysis & Research

Understand each client's investment goals, budget, and timeline

Conduct deep research on developers, projects, payment plans, and market trends

Filter 50+ options down to 8-10 investment-grade properties that match client criteria

✅ Pitching & Advisory

Present curated property recommendations with clear investment rationale

Guide clients through developer reputation analysis, floor plan reviews, and ROI projections

Educate clients on compliance and investment structuring

✅ End-to-End Support

Coordinate site visits, CA consultations, and transaction structuring

Ensure clients make confident, informed decisions without pressure

What We're Looking For -

Must-Haves:

Based in Mumbai

Strong communication skills (English + Hindi essential)

Well-spoken and professional in client interactions

Hunger to learn and grow in real estate advisory

Good-hustle mindset—ready to put in the work

Sees real estate as a craft, not just commissions

Integrity—we only recommend what's right for the client, not what pays the highest commission

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience in sales or client advisory (not required—we train from scratch)

Understanding of investment principles or financial planning
