Real Estate Advisor

As a Property Consultant in our growing real estate team in Chennai, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with potential clients to understand their property needs, showing properties in key Chennai locations, providing accurate information on pricing and documentation, negotiating deals between buyers and sellers, and staying updated on Chennai's real estate trends. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred), strong communication skills in Tamil and English, a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, and prior experience in Chennai real estate (preferred). Additionally, familiarity with property listing platforms and CRM tools, as well as strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, will be beneficial. You will have the opportunity to market properties through various channels, maintain regular follow-ups with clients, prepare client reports, and meet monthly sales targets.
