Real Estate Advisor

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through their property buying journey — from understanding their requirements to presenting suitable projects, conducting site visits, and closing successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the best property options based on their preferences, budget, and investment goals.
• Provide detailed information on ongoing and upcoming projects of the company and other associated developers.
• Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate leads and convert prospects.
• Coordinate and accompany clients on site visits and ensure a seamless experience.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat and referral business.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation with a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to handle client queries professionally and close deals effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
