Real Estate Agent

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties. You must have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties accordingly
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitive activities
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and events
• Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable for site visits)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
