Sales Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales meetings, schedules, and presentations.
• Manage sales documentation and record-keeping.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales reports and analysis.
• Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer data.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate sales activities and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
• Provide sales support to the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Managed customer inquiries and provided prompt and professional responses, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintained accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, leads, and opportunities, using CRM software.
• Supported the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials.
• Collaborated with colleagues to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency within the sales department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Languages: Tamil, English and Hindi is must
