Job Description

Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities. They are responsible for coordinating and managing various sales-related tasks to help maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales process. The Sales Coordinator serves as a central point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Assist in developing and maintaining sales collateral and marketing materials.

Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, including contact information, sales activities, and interactions. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budget reports.

Coordination and Communication: Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events. Schedule appointments and travel arrangements for sales representatives. Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective information flow.

Sales Coordination Systems: Utilize sales coordination tools and software to streamline processes, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Provide training and support to sales team members on the effective use of sales tools.

Sales Team Support: Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing necessary training, materials, and information. Coordinate sales training programs and workshops. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities, industry trends, and customer preferences. Share findings with the sales team to support strategic decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
