Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Support & Coordination Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders as per customer requirements. Follow up with customers for order confirmations, payments, and documentation. Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for timely order processing. Assist the sales team in lead follow-ups and updates. 2. Customer Interaction Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer queries professionally. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Share product information, price lists, and delivery timelines. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and dispatches. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Manage CRM or Excel-based sales databases. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams Communicate customer requirements to production/purchase teams. Follow up on material availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery updates. 5. Administrative Tasks Support the sales team with data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations. Assist in basic marketing activities like emailing campaigns or sharing product catalogs. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Any stream preferred). 1–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales Executive, or similar role. Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Basic understanding of sales process
