Responsible for Air and Sea Export Documentation  Coordinate with Client and take order for Chilled Meat By Air  Prepare Pre Shipment and Post Shipment Documents  Prepare Invoice, Pcaking list, Crtificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Halal Certificate and other export documents.  Forward Air and Sea Documents by mail to Buyer  Responsible for Export documentation, Letter of Credit  Knowledge about Shipping bill, Checklist, BL, OBL & HBL  Correspondence with Overseas Agents- Knowledge of Customs Tariff, AIFTA, CEPA, COC and Health certificate and other benefits  Prepare Documents for Ministry and Embassy and Submit online ICAS HALAL  Informing tracking No. of courier to customer with regards to Original shipping documents.
