Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in target sectors (healthcare, hospitality, education).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, purchase heads, admin teams, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, lead generation, and proposal development.
• Prepare and deliver customized pitches, proposals, and quotations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, activities, and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients in coordination with operations and customer service teams.

Key Requirements:

• MBA/Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales (preferred industries: facility management, laundry services, hospitality, healthcare solutions).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and consultative selling approach.
• Comfortable with travel for client acquisition and relationship management.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
