Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the administration of HR policies, manage employee records, and support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes. The intern will also help with employee benefits management, handle personnel management tasks, and contribute to HR management efforts. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies Skills in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred MBA in HR/Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus Show more Show less
