Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time role of Sales Business Development Manager. The position is on-site, based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, the preparation of sales presentations, active client negotiations, and reporting sales performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and sales execution skills
• Knowledge in market analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital marketing or sales coaching is a plus
