Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Lucknow. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for daily outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting and upselling products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries and issues, recording customer interactions, and providing suggestions for process improvements.

• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
• Ability to train and mentor within the team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
