You are an enthusiastic Telesales Representative who will play a crucial role in generating sales for the company. Your main responsibility will be to close sales deals over the phone while maintaining strong customer relationships. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and superior interpersonal abilities. Whether it's presenting products/services, addressing customer inquiries, or handling complaints, you should be adept at all aspects of telesales. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers using prepared scripts to introduce products/services - Address customer queries and provide information about the company's offerings - Identify customer needs through effective questioning and close sales deals - Collaborate with the field sales team by referring prospects when necessary - Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database - Process orders efficiently and accurately - Manage and resolve customer grievances to uphold the company's reputation - Strive to meet sales targets and pave the way for future sales opportunities - Document call activities, sales, and any valuable information for reference Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a telesales or similar sales/customer service role - Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, especially over the phone - Proficiency in using relevant computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems - Ability to learn about products/services and effectively communicate their value to prospects - Strong command of the English language - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle rejection gracefully - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve issues and address customer concerns - High school diploma required; BSc/BA degree would be an added advantage You are an enthusiastic Telesales Representative who will play a crucial role in generating sales for the company.
