As a Telesales Representative at our fractional real estate startup based in Kolkata, your primary role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, showcasing our products or services, and effectively closing sales. You will be tasked with managing customer accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. Your responsibilities will also include meeting sales targets, engaging in training sessions, and collaborating with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies.
