About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Call Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales calls, patient follow-ups, and guiding potential clients about our natural health treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads
• Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure conversion and satisfaction
• Explain treatment details and services in a clear, confident manner
• Maintain call records and update CRM tools
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields
• Strong Hindi communication skills and a confident personality
• Experience in the healthcare/wellness industry is a plus
