Sales Business Development Manager

Pahel Agrotech is looking for a dynamic Online Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle product inquiries and generate sales through cold calling, WhatsApp, and online platforms. Responsibilities Call and follow up with customers from IndiaMART, website, and social media leads Explain product details (Wood Chipper, Power Weeder, Brush Cutter, etc.) clearly to customers Convert inquiries into confirmed sales Maintain records and follow-ups using Kommo CRM / Excel Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for delivery and payment updates Requirements Strong communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day Basic computer / smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.) Prior sales or telecalling experience preferred; training will be provided Qualification Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives (30000/-) Location Rajkot, Gujarat (Office based)
