Business Development Manager / Sales Executive Location: Jaipur. Job Role Overview: We are seeking energetic and persuasive Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings. You’ll be the voice of our brand — engaging with clients, understanding their vision, and offering tailored photography packages. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Handle inquiries from platforms like Instagram, WedMeGood, WhatsApp, and calls. Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients via phone, email, and meetings. Sales Target Achievement: Convert leads into bookings by effectively pitching packages and offerings. Follow-ups: Maintain timely follow-ups and track client responses. Coordination: Work with the photography team to ensure client expectations are aligned. CRM Management: Update and manage client databases and lead tracking systems. Market Research: Understand market trends and competitor offerings to improve sales pitch. Key Skills & Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English). Persuasive and customer-focused approach. Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities. Interest or experience in photography, events, or wedding industry is a plus. Prior experience in B2C sales or client servicing preferred. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles.
