We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in the automotive or robotics domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of technical products and market dynamics in the industrial automation, automotive systems, or robotics sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the automotive or robotics sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive systems, robotics solutions, or industrial automation products.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
