ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Ownership & Quota Achievement
  • Carry and exceed an sales target numbers
  • Consistently deliver quarterly sales targets for new business and business from existing accounts
  • Maintain 6x billing coverage through disciplined sales activity.
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to leadership.
  • Hunting & Pipeline Generation
  • Identify and acquire new logos across BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS and Enterprise verticals.
  • Drive outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking and events.
  • Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies for top targets.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery qualification solutioning proposal negotiation closure.
  • Engage with CISOs, CIOs, Risk Heads and IT Directors to position cybersecurity offerings.
  • Drive value based and consultative selling, aligning solutions with customer pain points.
  • Account Growth & Expansion
  • Build strong multi-threaded relationships inside accounts.
  • Proactively drive upsell and cross-sell
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals by working with delivery teams
