Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurgaon. The day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The specialist will also be responsible for training sales teams and overseeing sales management activities.

• Proactively reach out to potential candidates (via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email) to promote EngineerEdge’s career packages.
• Understand the job seeker’s needs and suggest the most suitable plan.
• Convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Follow up consistently to close sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain records of all interactions in CRM / Excel trackers.
• Share candidate feedback with internal teams for product/service improvement.

• Prior experience in EdTech, recruitment, or career services is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Graduation : Any Graduate
• 2+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech, HRTech, or IT
