Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Noida (Hybrid) Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: ₹15,000/month fixed + Commission (uncapped) Probation: 2 months (performance-based continuation) About Plyntr Plyntr is a digital product development agency based in Noida. We build custom ecommerce platforms, web apps, and mobile apps that solve real business problems for DTC brands and service businesses. We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can take full ownership of our sales process — from outreach to closing — while also following up on internal leads and building high-quality sales collateral like pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers. What You'll Do Conduct cold and warm outreach via LinkedIn, email, and referrals Follow up with inbound leads and referrals generated by the company Run discovery calls and pitch Plyntr’s offerings clearly and persuasively Create and update sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals Maintain a CRM or sales tracker to manage leads and follow-ups Collaborate with the founders to finalize pricing and customize scopes Achieve ₹8–10 lakhs in project revenue within the first 60 days Must-Have Requirements Location: Based in or near Noida (for 2 physical meetings per week) Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus) Strong spoken and written communication skills — clear, persuasive, and confident Basic design skills with PPT, Canva or Google Slides (Figma is a plus) Must have your own laptop and a reliable WFH setup Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a target-based role Comfortable with ₹15,000/month fixed + commission Important Notes This is a target-based role with clear performance expectations The first 2 months are probationary, with results closely tracked
