Position: Business Development Executive (Remote) We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or services , who is well-versed in IT terminology and the technology landscape . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, closing opportunities and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Roles & Responsibilities Cold Calling & Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce our IT products and services and identify opportunities for business engagement. Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Handle inbound and outbound leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and nurture potential clients through the sales pipeline. Client Communication: Draft and send effective business development emails tailored to prospect needs and propose relevant IT solutions. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT services and offerings to confidently address client inquiries and provide accurate information. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Reporting: Maintain sales records, document client interactions, and provide regular updates and reports to management. Candidate Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in IT sales , business development , or a technology-related service industry . IT Knowledge: Understanding common IT terms, software, and service-based product offerings is essential. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi , with the ability to present, pitch, and negotiate effectively. Self-motivation: Goal-oriented with a proactive approach towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to understand client needs and confidently propose suitable IT solutions.
