Sales & Business Development Executive – Chiti Design

📍 Location: Delhi / On-site

🕒 Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred

💸 Salary - 15000 - 25000 INR per month + bonus on every sale.

Your Role

As our Sales & Business Development Executive, you’ll be the bridge between Chiti’s creativity and the clients who need it most.

You’ll identify new business opportunities, pitch our services, and build long-term relationships that lead to meaningful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and research.
• Understand client needs and propose relevant creative and design services.
• Create and deliver compelling pitch presentations with the team.
• Follow up with potential leads, negotiate proposals, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the design team to align client expectations with creative delivery.
• Track business development metrics and report progress to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in a creative, marketing, or design agency).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of branding, social media, or creative services.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a creative mindset.
