Sales Business Development Executive

As a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive at Presul Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and engaging new clients, promoting a comprehensive suite of IT solutions, and successfully closing deals. Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and passion for technology will be essential in this client-facing position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend tailored IT solutions including Web & Mobile App Development, Branding & Digital Marketing, Mass Marketing Solutions, Cybersecurity, UI/UX Design, Custom Software Development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions. - Present proposals, deliver product demos, and negotiate contracts to close deals. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, upsells, and renewals. - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate closely with the marketing, project delivery, and executive teams to align strategies and improve lead quality. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in IT or technology services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Excellent commercial awareness with a customer-centric approach. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience selling Web or Mobile Development Services, Digital or Mass Marketing Campaigns, Branding & Design, Cybersecurity or AI Solutions, Custom Software / UI/UX Services. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
