Job Roles: Sales Executive

Role and Responsibility:

• Consultative Selling:

   Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective individual students and corporate clients to understand their learning objectives, career aspirations, and business challenges.

• Sales Presentations:

   Deliver compelling and customized sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition of Anant Institute.

• Pipeline Management:

   Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment and payment, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Relationship Building:

   Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, academic partners, and industry professionals.

• Achieve Targets:

   Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven work experience (1-3+ years) as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, Enrollment Advisor, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You must be a clear, confident, and persuasive communicator.
• Strong ability to understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
