The team at Appiness Interactive believes in Practical Creativity, focusing on generating revenue for clients and fostering meaningful conversations between clients and customers. Role Description This is a full-time Sales Business Development role located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Business Development role involves day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilising analytical skills to drive business growth. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities Strong Communication skills Experience in Lead Generation strategies Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively Proven track record of meeting sales targets Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes Key Responsibilities: ● Generate leads and build relationships with prospects across global markets ● Pitch and promote products to international clients via Calls, Emails, LinkedIn and Virtual meetings ● Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach ● Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings ● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction ● Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets Requirements: ● 1-3 years of experience in B2B product sales or international sales ● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets ● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ● Ability to work flexible hours between 6 AM and 10 PM based on global client time zones(General shifts as well. ● Self-motivated and target-oriented ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field(Not Mandatory) Show more Show less
