Sales Business Developer

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Developer looking to join our interior design firm. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our design services to residential and commercial clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential clients through various methods such as networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms. You will be expected to develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and high-net-worth individuals. Presenting the company's interior design services to prospects and converting leads into projects will be crucial. You will also be required to prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and design briefs in coordination with the design team. Collaboration with marketing to generate qualified leads and improve brand presence is essential. Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts, and maintaining CRM records of all sales activity and client interactions are part of the role. Additionally, attending industry events, exhibitions, and site meetings as required is expected. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in interior design, luxury goods, or real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must. While a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials would be advantageous, the ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
