Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and on-boarding new channel partners within the assigned territory. Your primary focus will be to manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. You will coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals, analyze market trends, and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. Additionally, you will be handling HNI and Super HNI clients on a daily basis. It will be your responsibility to communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners and develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities. You will evaluate channel partner sales performance, recommend improvements, and educate partners about the product portfolio and complimentary services offered. Addressing partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner will also be a part of your duties. You will manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities. Building positive working relationships with partners to grow the business and stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities will be crucial. You will work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing. Additionally, you will deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and partner conferences. Your role will also involve coordinating with the CRM department to ensure that all customer queries are forwarded to them promptly for resolution. You will be responsible for submitting MIS reports to the management. Responding to client criticism and comments positively and assisting the manager in tasks such as recruiting, training, and developing a business plan will also be part of your responsibilities. The preferred candidate profile includes proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in catering to HNI clients. A strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and investment strategies is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. Perks and benefits will be provided as per industry norms.,
