Job Title: Telecalling Sales Representative

Location: Perintalmanna, Melattur.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Sales Representative to join our team at DUXBED. As a Telecalling Sales Rep, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain product details, features, and benefits clearly.

Follow up with leads to close sales.

Maintain a record of calls and customer details.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and handle objections confidently.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Malayalam/English

Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
