Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Sales Representative to join our team at DUXBED. As a Telecalling Sales Rep, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain product details, features, and benefits clearly.

• Follow up with leads to close sales.

• Maintain a record of calls and customer details.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle objections confidently.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Malayalam/English

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

• Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
