Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales role based in Dehradun. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting designated sales targets. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored solutions, managing sales activities, and assisting in sales training and development efforts. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage Previous experience in the oil or energy industry is a plus
