We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives and expand market presence in India.Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across the building materials and industrial automation markets.
  • Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies and business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and negotiate contracts to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to tailor client-specific solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the sales team, ensuring performance excellence and continuous development.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the building materials or industrial automation industries.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering measurable revenue growth and maintaining strategic client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies.
