Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Coimbatore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and providing tailored product solutions to meet customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting product details, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including client relationship management and the ability to identify opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of industrial pumps or experience in a technical sales environment will be an advantage
Experience in market research and strategic planning
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site role
