Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Jaipur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying their shipping and logistics needs, and presenting tailored ShipXpeed services. In this role, you will develop and manage client relationships, achieve sales targets, and maintain knowledge of the company's offerings to provide exceptional customer service. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and engage potential clients.
• Communication and presentation skills to confidently convey solutions and services to customers.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to close deals and resolve client issues.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales objectives consistently.
• Basic proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other sales-related technologies.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or logistics is a plus.
