Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by onboarding and managing pet shops, veterinary clinics, distributors, and other retail partners. This role involves field sales, relationship management, and executing brand presence in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners (pet shops, vet clinics, groomers, distributors)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat orders
• Achieve assigned sales targets and coverage plans
• Promote Roth Pets products by explaining features, benefits, and correct usage
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and basic merchandising at retail outlets
• Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and stock availability
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, pet care, veterinary, pharmaceutical/medical or retail preferred)
• Basic understanding of distributor and retail sales channels
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Passion for pets and willingness to learn about pet hygiene products
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pet care, veterinary products, or animal health
• Existing network with pet shops or veterinary clinics
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
