E-Commerce Manager

As the E-commerce Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of Roth Pets’ online presence and performance across D2C platforms and online marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing conversions, managing listings, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart and our own website.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies to increase online sales and visibility.
• Manage day-to-day operations of our D2C website (Shopify or similar) and marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Optimize product listings, pricing, keywords, and SEO to improve rankings and conversions.
• Plan and execute digital promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
• Manage customer feedback, reviews, and service issues to maintain a high satisfaction rate.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for content, visuals, and product storytelling.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and e-commerce innovations.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with leadership for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG, pet care, or D2C brands.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A passion for pets and pet care is a big advantage!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)

• English and Hindi fluently (Preferred)
