Job Description

Candidate must have 4-5 years of experience and good communication Skills.

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, handling promotions and PPC campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Oversee product listings, catalog management, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment
  • Ensure accuracy of product data, images, content, and compliance with marketplace guidelines

Marketplace & Account Management

  • Handle seller accounts, account health, policy compliance, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with marketplaces for campaigns, deals, and seasonal promotions
  • Monitor metrics like Buy Box, conversions, returns, and seller performance

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and profitability
  • Plan and manage promotions, discounts, lightning deals, and festive campaigns
  • Analyze sales trends and competitor activity to improve performance

Performance Marketing (PPC)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads)
  • Track ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align paid and organic growth strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for management
  • Use data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Content, Operations, Finance)
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and third-party service providers if required
  • Guide and mentor junior executives or interns

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce management or marketplace operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and other marketplaces
  • Good understanding of PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Proficient in Excel, reporting dashboards, and analytics tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in service-based or multi-client e-commerce environments
  • Knowledge of international marketplaces (US, UK, CA, EU)
  • Exposure to CRM, ERP, and inventory management systems
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
